FPI Cargo (Freightnet Panama Inc.) provides its services under the general conditions stipulated in the documents of international transportation and/or the legal clauses of liability limits stipulated by the companies involved in each international transportation contract on the reverse side of the document according to the provisions of the Hague, Hague-Visby, and any other treaty on international maritime, air, or land cargo transportation.

FPI Cargo (Freightnet Panama Inc.) undertakes to provide cargo agency services based on coordination as an intermediary for transportation operations, documentation, and delivery of goods, understanding that the client authorizes FPI to contract with third parties for cargo services.

All prices are based on FPI Cargo's (Freightnet Panama Inc.) rates and may be modified without prior notice. Handling of shipments implies acceptance of our offers on the terms and conditions established therein.

Similarly, FPI Cargo (Freightnet Panama Inc.) will not be responsible for the transit times offered by different maritime, air, and/or land carriers to and from Panama or from any origin or destination, especially when, according to the international rules governing maritime, air, and land transportation, they consider it as an "adventure" and therefore only work with "ESTIMATED" arrival or departure dates.

In the event of shortages, damages, or breakages in the delivery of your cargo, we kindly ask you to adhere to what is indicated in the commercial code and the laws on the matter, facilitating us on your behalf to file preliminary claims with the respective carrier.

In order to facilitate control over delays and damages to containers in the case of maritime cargo, it is important that within the following 24 business hours after the redelivery of the empty unit at the maritime line's depot, a copy of the EIR duly completed by the depot and your land carrier is sent to us.

Insurance: As is commonly known, the responsibility of the cargo agent in the event of an accident is limited in accordance with established international rules; therefore, in order to cover any risk to your company, we suggest insuring each shipment of goods through adequate transportation insurance; if interested, FPI Cargo (Freightnet Panama Inc.) is able to offer this service.
